- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Develop and maintain process flows, wireframes, and business process models.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for executive review.

Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
- Analyze existing business processes to recommend improvements and automation opportunities.
- Document business requirements using standard tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Perform root cause analysis for technical issues and propose sustainable solutions.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Create data models and mapping documentation for database changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data extraction.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Macros, PivotTables) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (e.g., Friday to Sunday).
