Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Ensure data integrity across multiple platforms (SAP, Salesforce)
- Support weekend sprint planning and agile ceremonies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift exposure
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) highly valued
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend hours
