Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities for weekend operational workflows
- Develop detailed requirements documentation for system enhancements and new feature implementations
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to track weekend performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership during weekend handovers
- Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot anomalies in weekend transaction datasets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong background in process mapping and requirements elicitation techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
