Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Document requirements and create detailed user stories for development teams
- Develop and maintain data models to support weekend operational reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Produce weekly performance dashboards and KPI tracking for leadership review
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to validate process optimization strategies
- Ensure weekend data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML or similar methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) or equivalent experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
