Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flows
- Create data visualizations and reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather requirements
- Perform gap analysis and recommend system improvements
- Validate solutions through UAT and support implementation
- Maintain data quality standards and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Certification (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) preferred
