Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation for fintech applications
- Create data visualizations and reports using SQL/Excel/Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business and technical teams
- Test system functionality and validate solution effectiveness
- Document process flows and create user acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
