Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and optimization for weekend operations
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Design and implement data models to support weekend transactional analytics
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with technical and non-technical teams
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and KPI monitoring systems for weekend performance
- Document business requirements using UML diagrams and process flows
- Perform root cause analysis for weekend operational bottlenecks
- Validate solution implementation through user acceptance testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Expertise in requirements gathering methodologies (JAD, MoSCoW)
- Strong experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement
