Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders to drive project success.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using SQL and BI tools to visualize data insights.
- Maintain and update process documentation, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet business standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
