Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Document business requirements and create detailed specifications for development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and visualization tools
- Conduct user acceptance testing and validate system solutions
- Facilitate workshops to gather cross-functional input
- Prepare executive summaries and present findings to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with requirement gathering and documentation
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments
