Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies
- Document business requirements and translate technical specifications into actionable deliverables
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and requirement documentation
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in technical and non-technical roles
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
