Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and document functional specifications
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories
- Facilitate weekend workshops and sprint planning sessions
- Develop and maintain dashboards for weekend performance metrics
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Validate solutions through weekend testing cycles and UAT sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
