Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data flows to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process maps for weekend-supported projects
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to define project scope and deliverables
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and root cause analysis for weekend data processing
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions during weekend deployment windows
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership reviews
- Continuously improve business processes through weekend shift-specific insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with weekend or shift work exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or related business analysis preferred
