Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau to track KPIs
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Support system implementation through UAT and change management activities
- Identify process improvement opportunities and quantify business impact
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend/shift work background
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Government contracting experience highly desirable
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) considered a plus
