Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems for weekend operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Document findings and present actionable insights to stakeholders during weekend handovers
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot issues arising from weekend data flows
- Support weekend system testing and implementation of new analytical tools
- Facilitate requirements workshops with business partners during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably with weekend shift exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience documenting business requirements using UML/SWOT methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for weekend stakeholder interactions
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently during weekend hours (Sat-Sun)
