Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into detailed requirements documents and process flows
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and stakeholders
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure project milestones are met

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- Ability to thrive in urgent, high-pressure environments
- Clearances or ability to obtain federal clearance preferred
