Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis for new product features and process improvements.
- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Sales) to define system capabilities and workflow optimizations.
- Utilize SQL and data analysis tools to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
