Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews to define project scopes, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Design and maintain comprehensive business process models, including flowcharts, use cases, and UML diagrams.
- Collaborate closely with IT developers and engineers to ensure accurate implementation of technical specifications.
- Perform gap analysis between current state processes and future state goals to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and technical specifications.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress continuously and mitigate risks to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and Waterfall frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of identifying process inefficiencies and driving solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
