Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and stakeholder requirements to define system specifications
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional requirements
- Create data models and visualizations using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business needs
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear data-driven recommendations
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
- Experience with government contracting processes
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
