Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities during weekend operations
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows and user stories
- Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate requirements
- Ensure seamless system integration and weekend workflow optimization
- Present findings to leadership through clear, actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift or 24/7 operations
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
