As a Weekend Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the product team to define requirements, analyze user behavior, and deliver actionable insights that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business data and operational workflows to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and future state goals to recommend solutions.
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements from non-technical and technical staff.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on weekend operational metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Atlanta, GA residency required.
