Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and system specifications.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets to support business reporting.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate current business processes and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong preference for candidates comfortable working in a weekend shift environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Location: Must be willing and able to work a rotating weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday/Sunday).
