Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support strategic planning.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, business requirements documents (BRD), and user stories.
- Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into clear business language.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Availability: Must be available to work a weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
