Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and process workflows.
- Utilize SQL and advanced Excel to perform complex data analysis, identify trends, and troubleshoot business issues.
- Translate technical data into clear, actionable insights and compelling reports for non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in the design and implementation of business process improvements and system solutions.
- Conduct quality assurance testing for new software releases and system updates to ensure seamless functionality.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of business processes, data models, and system requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
