Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions for weekend operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Product Management, to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams using industry-standard tools.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Perform gap analysis and coordinate testing efforts to ensure seamless system implementation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate comprehensive weekend performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend shift schedule.
