Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for operational improvement.
- Documentation: Create detailed process maps, user stories, and system specifications using Agile methodologies.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain clear, concise business reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance overall business efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
