Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for system improvements.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents (BRD), use case diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Data Modeling: Collaborate with data architects to design logical and physical data models.
- Testing Support: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and defect management for weekend releases.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding weekend project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Schedule: Availability to work weekend shifts (e.g., Saturday/Sunday) on a recurring basis.
