Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional technical specifications for weekend operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business needs for weekend reporting cycles.
- Design and maintain comprehensive data models and process flows to support high-volume weekend activities.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development and QA teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve weekend efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Tableau.
- Experience with requirements gathering methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the core operational team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
