Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed data models, workflows, and documentation using SQL and Excel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into business strategies
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI/Tableau for executive decision support
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define project scope and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (SOX, GDPR) in all data handling processes
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with weekend shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
