Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders during weekend shifts to gather feedback and validate solutions.
- Develop and present clear, actionable reports and dashboards to executive leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the standard work schedule.
