What You Will Do:
We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring our weekend operations run smoothly and that our data-driven insights lead to actionable business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements and user stories.
- Design and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process models, data flow diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during the weekend operational cycle, ensuring clear communication.
- Support the implementation of new software solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing legacy systems.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to gather feedback and validate solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a financial or data-driven environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced functions, PivotTables), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and project lifecycles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
