Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define functional requirements and user stories for weekend-specific features.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and user stories.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly reports to support executive decision-making during weekend operations.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
