Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization.
- Gather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA, during the weekend sprint cycles.
- Design and maintain process diagrams, data models, and documentation using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly reports to track project progress.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and user acceptance testing sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
