Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend solutions for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
- Prepare detailed reports, data dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements for new software implementations and system upgrades.
- Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to drive business decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
