Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Perform quality assurance testing on new system features and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear understanding of project scope and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (minimum 2 years of experience required).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently during the weekend shift while maintaining high productivity.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA is a plus.
