As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business value.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
- Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional requirements documentation using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with the IT and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular reports to track project success and process efficiency.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure business users are comfortable with new processes and systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for weekend operational issues and data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
