Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Create detailed process maps, user stories, and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct gap analysis between current state processes and future state objectives.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Document technical requirements and maintain clear communication channels between IT and business units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Excel (advanced functions).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during the weekend shift.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
