Responsibilities
- Conduct Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for enhanced efficiency.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive dashboards and reports for stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication of project goals and updates.
- Agile Support: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, requirements, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a weekend shift or 24/7 operational environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
