Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and process gaps.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and maintain detailed process flows, use case diagrams, and wireframes using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (IT, QA, Product Management) to ensure successful system implementation.
- Perform gap analysis to determine the impact of proposed changes on current business processes.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and train end-users on new system functionalities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly reports to track project progress and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a weekend or shift-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying relational databases.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Experience with requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or IBM DOORS.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
