Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and technical user stories.
- Design process improvements and create wireframes/mockups to visualize solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis between the current state and desired future state.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Train end-users on new systems and processes.
- Generate and present regular reports to stakeholders to track KPIs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Information Technology.
- Ability to work effectively during weekend shifts and holidays.
