As a Business Analyst on our weekend team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our data systems run seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and process improvements.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, operational gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and user stories for development teams to ensure clarity.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and desired future states.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and precision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the seamless implementation of new solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel).
- Experience with requirements gathering methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during weekend shifts.
- BS degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
