Role Overview:
As a Business Analyst for our weekend operations, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will analyze data, identify operational gaps, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and user experience during critical off-hours.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and process improvements for weekend operations.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, operational gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired future states to recommend actionable changes.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering meetings to clarify project scopes and deliverables.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and requirement gathering tools.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
