Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and generate comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and drive process improvements.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for stakeholders and management.
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements to define system capabilities and functional specifications.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work a weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
