Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
- Perform gap analysis between current state processes and future state objectives.
- Create clear and concise process maps, flowcharts, and user stories.
- Coordinate with IT and development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and generate weekly/monthly reports to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work a weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
