Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements and stakeholder needs, with a specific focus on weekend operational workflows.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and design robust solutions to enhance productivity and data accuracy.
- Data Modeling: Create data models and flowcharts to visualize business processes and technical architectures.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation, including functional specifications, business requirements documents (BRD), and technical design documents (TDD).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the liaison between technical teams, product managers, and business units to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Testing & QA Support: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure solutions meet business needs before deployment.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT or software industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Methodology: Experience working within Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a rotational shift schedule.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
