Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis and mapping to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Design and maintain functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Analyze data trends and metrics to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Partner with QA and development teams to ensure successful system implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
