Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and create detailed process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvement.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards for executive leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project milestones are met on the weekend schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a weekend shift or support environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
