We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Tampa, FL team. This is a critical role within our operations department, focusing specifically on weekend shifts to ensure seamless data processing and process optimization during peak off-hours.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and document detailed specifications.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and recommend viable solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to stakeholders highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with IT teams to ensure accurate data modeling and system requirements definition.
- Maintain accurate data records and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) as required.
