- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics for executive reporting
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain product backlogs
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or SaaS industries
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Strong background in requirement elicitation and documentation
