Responsibilities
- Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate current business workflows and identify areas for optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and User Stories.
- Testing Coordination: Design and execute test plans, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and facilitate defect resolution.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Requirements Elicitation: Conduct interviews and workshops with subject matter experts to define clear project scopes and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the technology or finance sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) as per business requirements.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex business issues.
