Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements
- Develop process flows, data models, and user stories
- Perform gap analysis and recommend optimization solutions
- Create and maintain documentation including BRDs and UML diagrams
- Validate solutions through UAT and coordinate implementation
- Monitor KPIs and report on project ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating requirements analysis deliverables
